The classic Mini is not only an icon of engineering, but an icon of popular culture. Made famous in magazines and on the silver screen with its starring role in films like Peter Collinson’s 1969 film, The Italian Job.
Bridge Classic Cars Competitions is giving you the chance to ‘blow the bl**dy doors off’ with our 1976 Morris Mini!
Our Morris Mini has gone through a restoration with its previous owner, who turned their attention to not only the bodywork but the mechanical side of this bite sized bruiser. Finished in bright yellow with a white roof, white Minilite style wheels and a contrasting black/yellow interior, this Mini maintains a classic look but with some upgraded touches such as the wide arches, the rally light bar and front disc brake conversion.
Underneath the excellent bodywork, our Mini is believed to be fitted with a 1293cc 4-cylinder engine which according to the previous owner has been fully tuned and set-up on a rolling road to work alongside its 4-speed manual gearbox. With that slightly hotter engine, our Mini has the performance to match its fresh good looks.
Our 1976 Morris Mini is scheduled to be drawn at our Italian Job event on the 19th of August at the Riverside Theatre in Woodbridge! Get your tickets to watch the film and see the live draw here.
