1968 Jaguar 240

Bridge Classic Cars got the chance to own this very straight Jaguar MK2, 240 as it was a stalled restoration due to the owner’s ill health.

This is a great opportunity for somebody to continue what has been started.

The car runs and this can be proven prior to purchase. Work will be needed on the brakes.

It has been painted very badly and this needs addressing, but there are no major rust issues to contend with.

The leather has very nice patina and could easily be fed and brought up to a good standard.

As with all of them it needs a ceiling cloth. The original is still in the car.

Another nice touch is the full length Webasto roof.

With the price of these cars on the up, it is a great car for a running restoration over a period of time or a full blown restoration with all the hard work having been done.
